Pretty sure I raised this issue months ago for the San Jose route, Clinchfield Railroad, I spent 2 hours on a service. At the end, I went to try find a few route tasks by clicking return to Free roam Then back on main menu, the service not showing as completed. Not the first time it's happened either.
