Hi everyone - I owned TSW on PS4 back in 2018 but the console had seen better days and never replaced it when finally gave up the ghost! I have always watched with interest the developments in TSW and am more and more interested in reviving my TSW experience. So generally, I’m looking for advice on how best to pick it back up, will likely be a living room set up as don’t have the space for a PC - so Xbox or PS5, is there any really benefits on getting an X or a Pro? I really like the look of the Mildmay and Suffraget lines and the Bakerloo line - any advice on what TSW 5 package I should start with for best value, or any combos that might be available? If you get a PS5 and use the same PlayStation ID you had TSW on, you'll be able to download all your previous routes to play but will need the to buy one of the editions of TSW5 as the free starter pack (training centre only) is no longer available. As for which version to buy, that all depends on what comes in the bundles and what type of routes you like to play. Have a look at the TSW5 PlayStation Store page
Great thanks for the tips on the previous version - I will have to check if my PSN account is still valid! Is there any benefits in looking for second hand disc versions say TSW2 to access the Bakerloo line and TSW4 for the Suffragette? If I have the discs would they also be accessible in the package of TSW5 I purchase?
That shouldn't be a problem but you'd need to follow specific instructions on how to update the add-ons that are on the TSW2 disc to the digital versions for TSW5.
