Route Riviera Line Extension

I'd love if dovetail would extend the riviera line to either Exmouth or Barnstaple (barnstaple was admittedly my local a few years back lol.)
Exmouth because you could finish the Paignton-Exmouth services or Barnstaple because you could do services from Exeter St Davids/Central. They could put the 166/165 to good use on both extensions or create the 158/9 and put it in Gwr green.

 

Extensions are unfortunately more the exception than the rule.
But another route, continuing along the existing one, that might happen one day.

 

That's a fair point. Leven branch was a third party extension but it'd still be lush to see.

 

I feel like the leven branch HAD to be done to prevent short-ended services and more poor feedback for Rivet rather than it being a spontaneous bonus.

 

Yeah also fair. Also unrelated but after the 158 update on the fife circle I've noticed an hst in the layers titled something like "fife circle class 43 gameplay pack"

 

Yes, they are releasing an Inter7city pack at some point. It was leaked by someone, no info on it yet though

 

Leven branch wasn't third party. Rivet made the route, then they added the Leven branch once it opened irl and they could collect reference materials.

Fife Circle was also made with the intention to add Leven branch after

More likely to get Exmouth to Barnstaple with a route hopping facility at St David’s. But, while the scenery would be nice, operationally just the same interval service back and forth.
