Rogue Red Signals!

I’ve found a few times when doing service trains I can get rogue red signals and you’re just stood there and stood there. But then if I save, come out and resume it is ok.

Just a tad annoying.

 

I had this on the 1A02/1G11 service, but the bigger problem was reloading might have fixed the signal issue, but it broke the service - the game didn't know I was on a service so I couldn't 'finish' it
