Rome-viterbo

  1. Hi guys,
I'm so happy that you liked my old route suggestion (the Rome-Civitavecchia). Me and my friends made a group and we want to do first the Rome-Civitavecchia route and then the Rome-Viterbo route.
The FL3 is 87 km long. Most of the trains arrive at Roma Ostiense (change with FL1, Roma-Civitavecchia) but sometimes they also arrive at Tiburtina or Termini. Most of the trains are TAF (ALE506) but sometimes there are also Vivalto. The line has 2 tracks from Roma to Cesano, the it has got only 1 track. There is an ampliament project to allow the 2 tracks arrive at Bracciano station. The line has got something like a freight terminal at Capranica-Sutri station because from here we can arrive at Fabrica di Roma FS (on the dismissed Orte-Civitavecchia). Here there is a track that connects Rome-Viterbo ATAC; many cargo trains with tracks use this piece of route still active.
