I loaded up Antelope Valley and selected a timetable service in the Rotem Cab Car and none of the lights work. The headlights, cab light and gauge lights won’t turn on. I tried a second service and found the same issue. I then loaded up San Bernardino Line and it all works fine in that route, so I’m assuming it is a bug in just the one route’s version of the cab car. Is this a new bug with the latest update or has this been a known issue before today? I couldn’t see this reported anywhere on the forum with a quick search.
Can confirm the problem, since the December 10th patch the AVL Rotem cab car has no more headlights, taillights or instrument lights.
Yep, just came here after googling the same issue. Its definitely a new issue. They were working fine before the latest update. I use them often. I was going to try my epic all day route hop from Lancaster>LA>San Bernardino>Barstow today... but ended before it started without being able to turn the lights on at 6am on the Rotem. So tired of this TSW update system where every fix seems to break something else. Now effectively half the timetable on this route is unplayable. Or things where new content breaks old content, ie now the Worcester MBBs appear on Providence but the doors won't open on them. God knows when this will ever get fixed. I reported a ticket on PS5, maybe a good idea for others too as well.
Good luck in believing in Doesn't Test Games. Lazy, and they ignore stuff like this because it's an U.S. route and not important to them. Maybe in a couple of yrs. I'm tired of all these things that get broke when new patches come out. Ridiculous.
