Steam Rotem Cabcar Doors Will Not Open

I tried to do a free roam run using the Metrolink Rotem cabcar and the doors no longer open. This makes running the cabcar in free roam impossible. I have the same issue in timetable mode too. The doors will not open while already in the cabcar seat also.

 

Make sure HEP is activated, else the doors won't work.

 

You could try the Free Roam Camera, #3 on the keyboard if HEP is on and still not working, This is not the answer I know but there is a scenario or two that the same thing happens. :\

 

HEP is off by default in FR. You need to activate it in the loco.

 

I turned on the HEP but the doors still will not open. They open for the coach but not the cabcar. I also found that the lights will not turn on in the coaches with HEP activated.

UPDATE: I got the doors to open. It seemed like I had a mod that conflicted with the cabcar.

 

Yeah, mods affecting AVL stock will need to be updated.
