I made a custom livery for the Metrolink Rotem coach, but it's not appearing when I try and spawn it in free roam or timetable. This goes the same for liveries on the CC for the Rotem too. Could this be a bug on the PC version?
I too am experiencing this issue as well. Whatever is the cause, as of 3/18/2024, this bug has not been fixed. I made a custom livery for the bi-level car and spawned into several time table services to try and catch a glimpse of the car in a train set. Then, having seen none, tried to spawn the car in free roam. Sure enough, it's not even an option.
