I almost always avoid Rotterdam because it has so many snap off points its pretty much unplayable. For my sins I decided to have a quick game. First fish hooked did this. No idea what it was bar some sort or predator as I was using dead bait. Went out to about 100 yards and the out of bounds symbol flashed up on the fish symbol. That was in the center of the swim at first. It then continued to swim out, even at the drag setting you can see, it was peaking most of the time (40lb + line strength). It than swam far left to the point my rod was pointing 90 degrees to my left towards the buildings and the fish seemed to be swimming behind them. Then it came back around centre, went 170 + yards to the far building line. Couldn't do much about it and it stayed there but imcreased slowly to 220 yards where the symbol became hidden by those buildings. And yes, snapped off all of a sudden out of nowhere in about 1 second. What is going on Dovetail?
