Has anyone else had issues with a route icon not showing in their menu panel?

I have two or three like this. The Faversham one bought through Steam I’d assume to be without issue.

Following the guidance here, I searched the Assets folder for “Faversham” to see if an icon was missing, but nothing turned up, so I guess it’s under another name.

Route icons are usually not found in the Assets folder but in the \Content\Routes folder.
    \STEAM\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Content\Routes\000000034c-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\RouteInformation
They have a generic name for all routes - image.jpg or similar and you can easily create one from any picture if not present as long as you restrict the size to around 256 x 256 Kb or smaller. There was a list of "missing" icons with replacements on the Steam community forums about 5/6 years ago by Budge4 (now deceased) and that was useful.
This is a long standing issue going on for several years - sometimes the image.jpg file gets renamed and if it does it won't show it must always be image.jpg.

    Thanks for the info, Peter.

It doesn’t seem to be made easy identifying which folder goes with which route then?

    How can you know?

Sorry I don't understand your questions here? TS Tools( RW Tools) list all of the routes together with their unique GUID (alpha numeric code).
This site (free reg) lists 99.99% of all Routes ever published for TS by name and GUID - " Railworks Route Numbers | Railworks Forum (freeforums.net) eg 00000034-c000-0000-0000-000000002013 London - Faversham High Speed [DTG] UK.
Each route should have a RouteInformation folder (sometimes "hidden" in the .ap file structure and each route should have an image.jpg file in that folder, if it is to be seen as an icon in the TS menus. In the early days of TS a few were "missed" and then you just added them yourself!
If I recall correctly (some were not exactly "missing" but) one or two were misnamed to something like RouteImage.jpg or png and of course they won't dis[play in the menus.

I have a couple, yes. The routes work, so I've never bothered with it.

Easiest way is to go into BUILD from the main screen of TSx, then into the ROUTE tab and click on the route in question, at the bottom right of the screen it tells you the route folder and should have an OPEN button, click this
Windows file explorer will open at this location, and you can then open the routeinformation folder.
If you do this for a route which has the icon correctly showing you can get the proper dimensions and name format for any you wish to create

You can do similarly for locos, so if you don't like (or don't have) an icon for a particular train you can change it, but be aware this may be overwritten later on (though if it's missing it's not likely)

I had a look in the routes folder, and see all the routes, and image icons, but they are only identified by a long alphanumeric string, so I’ll have to use the resource you mentioned: it wouldn’t let me in without registering, so will tend to that later.

    Thanks for the help.

Or you can use the NameMyRoute.exe provided by DTG in the RailWorks folder.
