Here is a route idea that might be intersting. The SBB (swiss national railways compagny) between Lausanne and Martigny. This line is one of the biggest corridor in Switzerland, connecting trains from the western Europe to Italy. The line slides along the shore of the geneva lake (Lac Léman), with a beautiful panorama. This section is registred in the UNESCO. And the second half of the line takes place in the Rhône valley, between the Alps. You can run Intercity services (RE 465), regional services (RaBe 523) and freight services (with the Vectron freshly added to the SBB Cargo fleet, or the oldest Re 420 and Re 620). So there is lots of different missions to do on the line. You can add the option of the branch line going from St-Maurice to St-Gingolph (S-bahn service and local industries for freights services) Route details : Starting point : Lonay-Prévenges freight yard (east from the Lausanne) Ending point : Martigny Distance : 76km Rolling Stock : RE460 (SBB - CFF - FFS) ...to create UIC-Z21 passenger coaches ...to create RaBe523 (from Rivet games) Vectron (BR193 in SBB Cargo livery) from DTG (optional : RE420 from SBB Cargo) Lines : IR95 : Geneva - Brig, in this line runing from Lausanne to Martigny (Lausanne, Vevy, Montreux, Aigle, St-Maurice, Martigny) R3 and R4 : S-bahn service (wtih Rabe523) between Aigle and Lausanne R91 : S-bahn service from Martigny to St-Gingolph Local and international freight services
