No, they probably will be different in most cases. Fi Clinchfield has some branches on TSW it does not have on TS, but the mainline is a bit shorter. The policies may be different depending on the specific route, so be more specific if you are interested in a particular route.
I do love the routes in TS2021, larger routes and maps and you feel like you have more choice to see (other than the downgrade in graphics)
For those curious (and I'm sure many are), DTG confirmed that TSW will have no route editing tools available to the community at all now, and the only way to use them is through a partner Speed Test program.
