I wonder why Italian routes are not published and some are truly spectacular! There are Coastal Routes to be enjoyed with wonder. Soon!!! publish an Italian line
There are little parts of Italy in Berlina line (Tirano-Poschiavo) and in Karawankenbahn (Ljubliana-Villach-Tarvisio).
Ultimately there are many factors, including the draw to Italian routes in TS worldwide, licencing costs, costs to send people to take reference photos, the time taken to develop the trains, and the time to develop the safety systems and generic assets. As for the last two, these are the main two in many ways, as DTG don't want to commit to these without there being long-term prospects of making multiple routes. For example, when they developed the three British routes for Rail Simulator, they were developing the basic assets and systems that were used for years and in some cases to this day. The only exception is France, where they made the assets and signalling systems only to release one route. And no, I don't know why.
Strasbourg route is another with a little France in it, and they said there were plans to include more french content in the future.
Google “train simulator sfm torino”. Several hundred km of nice Italian network. Freeware and everything included in one download.
How about the Brenner Railway Brenner Franzfeste Verona Pustertalbahn Franzfeste Lienz Villach & Tarviso Venice Lines. These are actually the Italian section of the following routes Brennerbahn Karwankenbahn & Drautalbahn
Good evening Since the first versions of the train simulator, I have been creating a route from Rimini to Pescara and short internal lines. I use Google Heart and Line Circulation Files (FCL) where the important data of the route is reported. There are several Italian sites that have developed many of the real controls (SCMT, signals, etc...) and locomotives such as E464 with the whole system active like reality. Why not try? Of course in Italy, after buying the game, players and enthusiasts expect totally free add-ons, but it's like buying a basic car and then wanting free accessories. Let me know. P.S.: The line is still under construction (I used Google's Italian - English translator. I hope it's understandable)
it could be a great solution. the Brenner Line starts from Bologna Centrale passing through Verona and arriving at Brenner. In the last two stations there are also an important railway intermodal yards with a great influence of materials
