Route Learning

    This is just totally my way of learning a new route, but find it works for me. After running the introductions for the locomotives on the route, I look for some run in the timetable without stops, on most routes this would be a freight train. Since there are no freights on the Harlem route, I found a deadhead run from GCT to the holding yard at North White Plains symbol 2523 @ 09:14, using the M3A stock. I have now run this one several times as I learn the route without having to also to worry about station stops. First time no safety systems just to get the feel of the route, then start using the safety systems and see how they react to my train as it moves along. Trip one up, run it again to figure out what I did wrong. Once I have gotten comfortable with the route and systems involved, then will run other trains.
