Xbox Series X Route Not Showing After Purchase

I recently bought the West Cornwall Steam Railtour from the xbox store to use on TSW5 and for some reason it hasn't shown up I have even uninstalled and re installed the DLC could I possibly have a bit of assistance on what to do?

Do you also own the West Cornwall route?
I have the route,but don't have the gameplay pack, which is a add on for the route.

If you don't have the route you can apply for a refund or purchase the route when it's on sale.

 

Pretty sure the description would've said you need the West Cornwall route as well for it to work.

The steam railtour pack isn't a route in itself.

 

yep and yep, it's clearly pointed out that you need the WCL route and it clearly say's that you don't get a route, just a loco with different livery's.
He probably over read it.
Let's hope he can get refund.
