There are no all stops services between those two stations, just the limited stops services. The Southern services stop more than the Gatwick Express services but still at only a handful of stations.
There isn't one. Sorry. You could try doing a service to Ptsmth Harbour and Eastbourne but leave the service at Haywards heath where the trains uncouple and then get on a Brighton bound train.
