Hello! I recently got TS 2024. My PC for some reason has problems with DX9, so then I had to use the DX12 version of the game to play. However, when I clicked on drive, there were no trains appearing, no routes, no scenarios. Not even the vanilla route.
I think you should report this to DTG support. Open a ticket and include your system specifications. Chris Medlock at Dovetail Support is excellent and extremely helpful so send in a support ticket and Chris will sort it for you.
I think the DX12 version is still experimenral. Did read some reports in the past that in some rare occasions for some people in runs better than the other versions though. On my system it does not run better, it runs slower
For me it ran badly as well. It was a bit all over the place, with some players having positive experiences and some having negative experiences. DTG said that they might pursue Vulkan instead, but whether or not they will is not known. We don't even know if TS is officially supported anymore. I've never known someone having issues with the DirectX 9 version. What sort of issues do you have? If it's affecting multiple games it's likely that there's a driver issue.
