This route would be a fun one. You'd have two lines to work with, in addition to MARC commuter trains and Amtrak's Capitol Limited on the DC line. Point of Rocks is a busy junction where freights for Baltimore often take the Old Main Line to ease congestion during MARC passenger hours.

Freight traffic consists of intermodal, auto parts and automobile carriers, loaded and empty coal, regular merchandise freight, grain trains, locals, and stone trains, in addition to fly ash and trash trains. Amtrak's Capitol Limited keeps the line busy in both directions daily. As well as the Rock Runner.

Both lines are also helper districts, with the base being Brunswick. Pushers on both the Old Main Line go as far as Mount Airy at the summit of Parr's Ridge and up and over Barnesville Hill to Derwood, just east of Gaithersburg.

The Capitol Subdivision or rather the Camden Line can be twice as active, with the traffic off of the RF&P Subdivision.

Dovetail can't get MARC branding, as shown with TS2021.

Well then go back to when B&O was a thing as then they could make the line, but just in a different time.

Third party, it is. Skyhook or Rivet, perhaps?

So do I. The Rock Runner(K951/K953), The Dickerson Trash Train(D765) and the Pepco Fly Ash Turn(D789)would be fun ones to run. The Eastalco Turn(D779)runs up the Old Main Line to Buckeystown and back to Baltimore. The Frederick District Switcher(D786)works Eastalco and numerous industries in Frederick and Mt Airy before returning east to Brunswick. The Brunswick Local(D782) works between Brunswick and DC and back. The Brunswick to Benning Yard coal turn(D742/D767) transfers empty and loaded coal trains to and from DC and Brunswick.

    Rack/Auto parts(which also carry manifest) trains are Q378, Q380, R217, R216, Q377, Q396, Q349, Q397 and Q376. Jet(Intermodal) Trains are Q134, Q135, Q136, Q137, Q138 and Q139. Merchandise freights are Q370, Q375, Q401, Q400, Q343, Q344, Q286, Q287, Q398, Q347, Q346, Q411, Q412, Q413, Q414, Q415, and Q416. MARC Symbols are P277, P275, P274, P280, P286, P282. And P030 and P029 for Amtrak. Pusher symbols are B712, B801 and B211.

Skyhook Games would be the better option, looking at it now.

Good idea and if you own this route the 1990s locomotives will layer onto SPG like a Clinchfield SD-40 on SPG. The route needs to feature a high horsepower locomotive so that the climb on SPG is easier rather than using two 3000 horsepower locomotives which is insufficient for SPG

That's where the AC6000CW or SD70MAC would come in

For both locomotives are they standard for the route or not if they are standard for the route both Locomotives can be layered for SPG if 1990's Brunswick Line is owned. That way SPG owners are satisfied so that they are able to use 9000hp for SPG climb. Broken Down is AC6000CW standard Brunswick Line with SPG Standard SD-40-2S or the more powerful combination which comes out to 10400 hp AC6000CW with SPG AC4400CW

Yes, they are. Especially on coal trains. They were more commonplace on the Old Main Line in the mid 1990s, especially around 1996-1998. As they were the ideal engines for the grade over Parr's Ridge with the summit in Mt Airy and the hill at Barnesville. The SD40-2s were used on freights and pusher operations. The trash train used both six and four axle power, ranging from the SD40-2s to SD50s/SD60s and GP40-2s/Slug sets.
