So piggybacking off the area which I made a suggestion for TS2020: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/th...ramento-roseville-oroville.23338/#post-141383 I think the Sacramento Area can be a good short switching, freight, and passenger route for TSW. The route could focus on the mainline between Davis and Roseville, a span of about 31 miles, though it could get pushed to Fairfield, a distance of almost 60 miles. Also the line to Stockton from Sacamento could get extended to about Elk Grove, an addition distance of 16 miles , which would give us a few switching operations in that area, including Siemens Mobility. -Siemens Mobility Passenger Services on the line would be one of 2 trains, the Capitol Corridor, or Amtrak's California Zephyr. Both of these trains stop in Davis, Sacramento, and Roseville. The Zephyr doesn't stop in Fairfield however. Other passenger trains that also partially run this line is the Coast Starlight (Davis, Sacramento) and the San Joaquin (Sacramento, Train# 701,702,703,&704 only) -Davis -Sacramento -Roseville Freight Services would be primarily Union Pacific, set in the modern times, though this area was ex SP trackage. The main yard for this route would be the JR Davis yard in Roseville, and would include the hump yard and loco shops. A smaller yard in West Sacramento exchanges cars with the Sierra Northern for services in West Sac and Woodland. Some POI on the route would be the I Street Bridge, California Railroad Museum, and Southern Pacific Sacramento Shops.
