Good afternoon, I would have an idea for a future TSW route. And this would be from Berlin Hbf to Stendal Hbf (via Spandau, Rathenow) There is a lot of traffic on this section, from ICE/IC/EC to RE/RB to freight cars (flixtrain is also available on this route) On the route are: - ICE 1/ ICE 2/ ICE 3/ ICE 4 - IC 1/ IC 2 - RE with Dostos - RB with Dostos - Lint 27 (the HANS) - Br 1622 (the Odeg) - Br 193 (the Flixtrain) Travel length: A RE service takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes An RB service around 1 hour and 30 minutes The section between Rathenow and Stendal lasts up to 30 minutes with the RB 34 And the ICE/IC service takes an average of 45-50 minutes General information about the route: - Length of the route: About 120 kilometers. - Railway line: Part of the Berlin-Lehrte route, a historic and important east-west axis. - Electrification: The track is fully electrified. - Maximum speed: Sections of the route allow speeds of up to 250 km/h, making them suitable for high-speed traffic. Intermediate stops. The main stops on the route are: - Berlin-Spandau: Large hub for regional and long-distance trains. - Nauen: Smaller town west of Berlin. - Rathenow: City in Brandenburg, known for the optics industry. Special features: The line is part of the European high-speed network and connects Berlin with Hanover, Frankfurt and western Germany. Stendal is a transfer point for connections to the Altmark and towards Magdeburg.
