SunRail is a commuter line in the state of Florida. It first launched in 2014, and currently runs for a distance of 61.3 miles from DeBary to Poinciana via Orlando (serving 16 stations. The passenger cars are Bombardier Bi-Level stock, while the locomotives are MPI MP32PH-Qs. These bizarre looking engines are rebuilt ex-MARC GP40WH-2s, and they are incredibly powerful considering they don't usually haul more than two coaches.

I'd love to see this train service featured in Train Sim World 2, since I have a strong interest in US commuter trains and I feel they just aren't represented enough. As it stands now, all we've got is Caltrain, LIRR and MBTA (with Metro-North set to join the ranks soon).

Here's what I think a SunRail DLC needs to include (the DLC name could be something like 'Florida Commuter' or 'Floridian Adventure') :
1 ~ The full 61.3 mile route from DeBary to Poinciana (absolutely nothing less)
2 ~ All the correct SunRail equipment, namely the MP32PH-Q locomotive and Bi-Level cars.

There's also the potential to have Amtrak trains added to this route as future DLC, specifically representing the Auto Train, Silver Star and Silver Meteor services. In that case, the included motive power would have to be the G.E. P42DC (not sure about the specific passenger car types, though).

We already have a Bi-Level model in TSW (namely the Caltrain variant), which could be altered to have SunRail-specific details. As for the MP32PH-Q, that'd probably have to be an entirely new model.

There's also a lot of CSX freight activity in Florida, but I'm not sure how much of it runs through Orlando. I dare say Danny Harmon from the 'Distant Signal' YouTube channel would know more about that sort of thing. If CSX trains to indeed run through Orlando, those could be added to this SunRail route as well (preferably with an SD40-3, ES40DC or something else that's new to the game, instead of just reusing the AC4400CW).
