There is absolutely no way that a route will extend all the way from London to Weymouth. It would be the longest route in the game by far. However, I think that the London - Portsmouth route from TS21 could be recreated in TSW2 in the near future, hopefully including some of the new stock, such as the post 2015 trains on the network.
