Steam Route Task Counters Seems To Have Glitched, Leaving Me Stuck At 99/100

As I was chasing all the task route (aka collectibles) on LIRR Commuter, I found an item (a "map to be switched on") at the Floral Park station. Despite my approaching it repeatedly, it would not turn on. So I returned to the main menu and started to free roam again. To my surprise, I found that same item displayed as if it had already been collected. (In other words, the map now appeared on the wall.)

Two hours later. I'm stuck at 24/25 maps switched on because of this, leaving me unable to claim the route bonus thing.

Is there any known way to correct this? Does someone know how to hex-edit saved profiles? Or might there be a god mode console command or a mod I can use?

I'm going to be annoyed if I have to reload my backed up save from last night and spend some more hours walking around in free roam to do the whole thing again...

 

My bad, I had in fact missed the one last route task! Although there was a display glitch at that one station (Floral Park), it was only a case of a previously collected task that was not displaying as such. All is good now.
