West Coast USA. Base PS4. Digital edition. I have most of my DLC back except these routes and trains that are still not installing: Rapid Transit, Wuppertal-Hagen, and West Sommerset. Sorry I can't remember the names but I own each separate locomotive DLC that can be bought for those three routes. They won't install from my game library, from within the game itself, or by going to the store itself. They always say that they are being installed but they don't show up in game. I'm looking forward to the fix. BTW I've done the whole reinstalling thing a few times and that does nothing to bring back the missing routes/engines. Virtually every item I've purchased still has a price associated with it on the store or within the game. I hope this info helps. I bought the new Season Pass and I love the Boston route.
They still have to fix those! Its not only you...people from South, North and Central América arent able to play...
Off the top of my head Cane Creek Rhein-Ruhr WSR Rapid Transit M36 Class 155 Class 20 DB 182 Possibly Class 52 (cant really know for sure with no WSR) These seem to be the ones that most people are reporting in general. In my case though its digital on a mid model PS4. Standard edition latter upgraded to deluxe (was on sale both times).
