Could be the TSW2020 conflict issue (the same add-ons installed there). Try restarting the Xbox and then send each missing add-on to install from the Microsoft Store web site. There should be a button to install to your Xbox. Even if already installed, this can "refresh" them and make them install again (instantly if you are sure they were installed already). Then open TSW2. If no luck, try uninstalling all TSW2020 add-ons (or move to external storage and disconnect it) that have preserved collection versions in TSW2 and restart Xbox again. I also recommend having all content of TSW2 on the internal drive as some of mine when installed on different drives did not always show up. This advice is for digital versions (purchased on store) only. If another user purchased the add-ons, that Xbox must be set as a home Xbox for other users to play them.
