Hello there, I’m looking for routes in TSW5 where all the locomotives and trains seen on the route’s timetable are included in the base game—no need for extra DLC or AI layers to drive or see them. Does anyone know which routes are fully complete like this? Thanks! Note: They have to be UK based routes. I'm not racist. I just like driving in the UK. It feels like I'm in my home of Ireland. Also no other country does rail travel like the UK/Northern Ireland/ Rep. of Ireland.
You know, you could've just like not included that and nobody would've assumed anything. Now it just looks like you're covering yourself.
I'm not racist though. I just have a preference for UK routes. Still holding out for routes based in Dublin, Ireland. That would really make me feel at home. Ideally Bray to Drogheda. That would be fire.
Why would they assume you are if you don't say anything. There's nothing racist about only liking uk content. Also uk is not a race lol
There's not much. West somerset. The base timetable has all the services. Any other trains sub in and don't add anything Spirit of steam and peak forest i think Isle of wights Gwr base timetable
He's back and he's still frantically waving the banner of Holiday Express like a man with questionable amount of energy drinks in his system.......
You are correct, if you don't care about the 313 and one single railtour, the base ECW timetable has everything you need.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think any of DTG published routes actually needs any additional downloads. To their credit, all routes are immediately driveable. Layers are optional extras.
AFAIK these are all the routes which contain no layers from other routes (Happy to be corrected though): Sand Patch Grade Peninsula Corridor Tees Valley Line Isle of Wight CN Oakville Subdivision Northern Trans-Pennine LGV Méditerranée: Marseille - Avignon Arosa Line Clinchfield Railroad Cane Creek Sherman Hill Harlem Line S-Bahn Zentralschweiz: Luzern - Sursee Horseshoe Curve Liverpool Lime St - Crewe Isle of Wight 2022 Peak Forest Bernina Line
Think the OP was looking only for UK routes, and also routes that don't need a loco add-on for increased playability other than substitutions. SPG, TVL and NTP at least all need loco add-ons.
I would hardly call it rasist if a british or irish person prefers trains from the UK. - I think that is perfectly ok Isle of Wight 2020 and Island Line 2022 are the only UK routes where absolutley no layers or loco DLC‘s are involved. All others have profited from additional content in some way. - Thats not to say they are not fun on their own. Edit: Spirit of Steam is another where no layers or DLC come into it. Not sure about Peak Forest, now that the 104 Pack is off the table again
