PlayStation Rro Intermodal Cars Brakes Not Releasing

The preserved RRO intermodal cars have their brakes fully applied. Fully as in I needed to overcharge the brakes to the maximum for a long time before they released. I verified this by switching to the rear camera and using the audio clue of the brakes squealing while moving to judge when they were fully released.
This happens in all instances: The corresponding RRO scenario with intermodal cars; the RRO services with intermodal cars (verified with both Br 185.5 and Br 155, both had the same issue) and SKA intermodal trains. I‘m assuming that this is not intended as it was not the case in TSW 2020.
