I would like to see the RRX Desiro HC for SKA as another loco dlc as they run between Köln and Aachen. They also run on HRR in real life too but not too sure about RRO.

They run on RRO as RE4. If DTG has problems with the national express licence, they can make the ex abellio variants with no outside logo exept RRX. I think this DLC wouldn't come out for SKA, since the RE1 already is made and the route would have 3 Timetables or the RE1 removed from an other loco, which would upset some people. Just substitution would be upsetting people too, so this loco would be best seen on HRR with subing into SKA RE1 and RRO RE4

Good idea but it requires DTG to get the license from National Express group Which is known in the United Kingdom as a coach bus company Germany Railway and Coach bus. This actually fits the RE5 to Wesel/Emmerich Am Rhein from Duisburg Hbf the German section of Hollandstrecke Duisburg Utrecht. Since this is basically a DB BR462 RRX paint the best option is Deutsche Bahn Stuttgart Karlsruhe Heidelberg Mannheim Route in Bwget Yellow then give them RRX destinations.
