When I create a scenario from Dessau to Leipzig, there is no opportunity to hold the train for a passenger stop in Delitzsch. Because it isn't shown in the selection menu. But in the other direction, from Leipzig to Dessau, there is a passenger stop in Delitzsch possible. I guess it was just forgotten to enter the stop in the selection menu. As you can see on the screenshot, there is only one platform in Delitzsch available.
