This little issue was really quite funny looking back and I wish I didn’t quit the game to see how it would’ve unfolded... I was on Peninsula Corridor doing an express run from San Jose to San Francisco at the controls of a gallery cab with the first stop at Hillsdale. Everything was going fine and dandy until I got about a mile from Hillsdale and went to apply the brakes. I moved the brakes to service for a couple of seconds and then to lap and nothing happened. I repeated but held the handle in service longer before moving to lap and nothing. I’m now still going full speed and 1000 yards from the station. I moved the brake handle to handle off (can’t remember if I ever put in emergency) but no go. By now I’m flying past the station. Fortunately, the waiting passengers appeared indifferent. :p I checked the pressure gauges as I was braking and they appeared to be changing as I applied, however the train just wouldn’t slow down which appeared to be a bug so I canceled the run. No trouble after restarting, although I started a different run in the opposite direction. Looking back, I kinda wished I woulda rode it out to see what would’ve happened.
