Rush Hour Passengers London Commuter

So when will rush hour passengers be added to London Commuter. I have a feeling it will never be done!

 

I really dont see the hold up, when activate it on pc via mods it seems to work well without any performance hit if its that they was worried about.

 

Well the Rush Hour passengers technology is there, but not the quantity of AI.
