Rush Hour Updates To Old Routes

Hi,

is there a way of knowing when or if a pre rush hour route will be updated to include the new features of Rush hour. For example, will the Southeastern high speed route get the increased passenger numbers or will these sort of updates all be released as new routes to buy?
