I think a lot of it will be discussed during the roadmap stream in the evening. Though there probably isn’t a lot to talk about just yet.
Judging by how the announcement is 4pm BST, I would say there won’t be a stream as the time fits into when roadmap goes live so it’ll probably be just the article that has leaked, I suspect something will be mentioned in the roadmap stream but not too much as discussion of new unannounced information isn’t what roadmap streams do
