Hi, I am David and I recently bought RWEnhancer and im unable to download it bbecause my account is not yet approved by admin. I am still waiting for days and nothing happened. Any solution? Thanks in advance!
I was left waiting for my account to be approved for at least half a year and they never did even after multiple support requests. I had to create a new account in the end, which was approved a day or two later, so clearly they don't really bother checking for outstanding approval requests. I don't want to sound too pessimistic, but there's a good chance your account will never be approved and you would have lost your money - never buy from RWCentral until your account has been approved. Send support requests whilst signed into your account and give details of your account and purchase, but don't hold out hope. It's pathetic, I know.

Hi David. I have the same situation right now. I just spent 24.99 euros for the product which I never got. How is your situation right now? I sent the email to Lonely Bits Games, with information that I would like to have my money back. Otherwise, I'll contact my Lawyer, even if it's just 24.99 I will fight! Scams can't be tolerated!
I'd advise letting your lawyer send them a letter. This generally does miracles, as they need to acknowledge it, whereas they can ignore your emails. Taking your money without fulfilling their part of the contract is not tolerable. For graphics, imho AP delivered perfectly balanced shaders, so for optics, I think RWE is obsolete if you've got the APSWEP 2.0.
I don't even know that APSWEP exists. I found RW Enhancer on YouTube and it was nice looking, usually the sounds that I like. Also, many people have it, so I've never thought that it would bring me some problems like that. But yes, they have time till the end of the Weekend. If I hear nothing till Monday, believe me, I will do something with it. Cause I'm old enough, probably they think that Train Sim mostly kids are playing. Not this time.
I had no problem getting RWE2 activated. However I’ve since uninstalled it. As mentioned above AP SWEP is also in my opinion a much better option without all the other (in my opinion) unnecessary features of RWE2.
Just want to share some update: Yesterday evening my RW account has been approved and I get access to download the Enhancer. I like this addon, usually the real weather option its nice. The only one thing as I said before is the “approval” process. That’s should be changing for better! If you pay now you should also get your product now and not “later” in someday. I’m going to piggyback on this thread because I also purchased Rail Enhancer 2 and did not realize I would be unable to access my purchase without the account be accepted. If the owner sees this or if someone can let them know I would greatly appreciate it. I purchased yesterday but created the account on Monday. I know it’s been only a short time but if I hadn’t already paid for the product I would be a little more patient. Just like to get what I paid for or a little communication regarding delays. Thanks
Do not post your email address publicly. Bot crawlers will register it and you can expect a lot of spam now.
It's very unlikely to get help here concerning RWCentral. And I doubt the owner will read these forums if he doesn't even check his own mails.
If it isn't approved in the next week or two, you probably won't have much success. As I said in my first post on this thread, my account was awaiting approval for months without response. I had to create a new account in the end, which was approved quickly. It is pathetic on the part of the owners of the site, but there is nothing that can be done.
Boards and forum posts had said the owner will sometimes view posts and some posters had direct contact to the seller. It was worth a try. Luckily I paid with PayPal, so they are looking into it and trying to make contact. I just want what I paid for and explained that to them. If product is going to be locked behind an account that needs to be manually activated, it should not be made available to purchase without prior notice. Heard it’s a great program

After a while I decided to get a premium subscription, due to this: Did you know that you could upgrade your passenger announcement system (PIS) and radio voices quality with the RW Central Premium subscription ? If you have an active premium subscription you can upgrade the voice speech engine in RW Enhancer 2 and benefit from Microsoft Azure neural voices that offers a large quality improvement over the default SAPI speech engine. I think a renewed the sub once or twice, but only for six months at a stage.

You can send a support request. However, as I said at the beginning of the thread, they can leave your account unactivated for months or years. My original account has still not been activated and probably never will be, but my new one was activated in a matter of hours. If you used PayPal and they don't activate your account in two weeks I'd reverse the charge. And to get the message out there for people that are considering to buy RW Enhancer: NEVER buy RW Enhancer until your account has been activated.
Every payment into this man's account and unfulfilled programme delivery is forensic evidence. In your country. Then there is the European injunction. Any payment into that person's account and the failure to dispatch the programme is evidence for the court. Additionally, to determine whether this person pays taxes on this sale.
