The S25 runs from the city of Teltow in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district via Südkreuz, through the north-south S-Bahn tunnel with the Friedrichstraße stop via Gesundbrunnen and ends in Hennigsdorf in the Oberhavel district. The line runs every 20 minutes and is reinforced by the S26 between Teltow Stadt-Schönholz until the S26 branches off to Waidmannslust. Only vehicles of the BR 481/482 run on the S25 / S26. Optionally, the branch of the S26 could also be built according to Waidmannslust.
