I would suggest the network of the S-Bahn Hamburg as an new DLC in Train Sim World. The S-Bahn Hamburg is one of the most iconic S-Bahn systems in Germany and has many diffrent and good routes. As the lines wich would come into TSW I would suggest the S3 and S5 line, as they have often the same route the S3 line goes from Pinneberg to Neugraben and at the weekend evening till Stade. The S5 is going from Elbgaustraße to Stade and in the future on the current A1 line from Ulzburg Süd (at some time Kaltenkirchen or even Neumünster) to Stade. There are living many pepole in the metropolitain area of Hamburg wich I would think would love this routes. Also many pepole in Germany love the S-Bahn Hamburg because of its very nice stations wich would play this route if it would come into the game. So why then the S3 and S5? The section from Neugraben to Stade is fully charing its rails with normal DB Regio trains and freight trains, wich off it would be an interasting senario. Also on that part as in the future between Eidelstedt and Ulzburg Süd (Kaltenkirchen/Neumünster) the S-Bahn switches from the normal power-rail to overhead wich is an interasting system, as the trains were speachilly build for that. As trains you culled use in the section with power-rails the DB BR 490.0 (max 100 km/h) and DB BR 474 1+2/874 1+2 (max 100 km/h). The trains wich can use both systems, so overhead and power-rail, are the DB BR 490.1 (max 140 km/h) and the DB BR 474.3 (max 100 km/h). For the nostalgic feeling you culled use the retiered DB BR 472/473 (max 100 km/h), there are even older retiered trains in the network, but then it would be at one point an realy old route. For the future you also culled use the DB BR 474.4 (max 100 km/h) autonomic test trains wich are in service for special testing mostly on the S2. In the region from Neugraben to Stade you culled use basiclly evry DB Regio and Cargo train that exsist in Germany. But here for example an so called Metronom would come in good. In the Region between Eidelstedt (phb. also HBF) and Ulzburg Süd (Kaltenkirchen/Neumünster) you culled use eighter the Lint 42 trains from the AKN or the VT.2 trains from the AKN as they are thinking of duing an express service, once they needed to give the route to the S-Bahn, wich would the skip the ,,small" stations. Let me know what you think.
