S1 Of The S-bahn System Stuttgart (herrenberg - Kirchheim (teck))

    The route of the S1 (Stuttgart) is 71km long and has a total of 29 Stations on its way from Herrenberg to Kirchheim (Teck) .

    So it's pretty similar to the Rapid Transit DLC.

    So lets talk about a few topics of the route.

    3.Trains

    DB BR 430

    The DB BR 430 is the most used train on the Route of the S1.

    Max. Speed : 140km/h
    Number of trains used in the S-Bahn system Stuttgart : 97

    Talent 2

    The Talent 2 is driving a part of the S1 Route as RB from Stuttgart over Böblingen,Herrenberg,Gäufelden,Bondorf,Ergenzingen and Eutingen to Horb.

    (Stations of this Route are:Stuttgart,Böblingen,Herrenberg.)

    The Talent 2 trains are designed in the "bwegt" design.

    Max.Speed:160 km/h

    It would be awesome to see this route for TSW. I'm a big fan of commuter trains, because you have to start and stop all the time, so there's always something to do :) Also, because I ride the BR 430 to work every morning.

    But didn't you forget to include the BR 423 in the rolling stock? It is shown on the pictures and according to Wiki there still 60 units in service.

    Yes,but the DB BR 423 is only supporting the S1 between Esslingen and Schwabstraße "und den S1-Verstärkern zwischen Esslingen und Schwabstraße" But if they are going to create this Line,they may be adding this train as dlc,even though i think they are almost the same train:same max. speed,same apperiance and almost the same number of seats.

    I like it, however as it is very similar to RT i dont think we will see it for a while at least

    Yeah,i think so too. But with the DB BR 430 or DB BR 423,the S-Bahn experience will become something different then driving the Talent 2 all the time.
