The Q key or the equivalent on consoles should only react to one safety system at a time. For example, when you have an AWS warning only the AWS button is pressed and the same goes for the vigilance warning. It should work exactly the same as it does on German trains were PZB & Sifa are only acknowledged at the appropriate times.
