I like to finish all available trips on a route; Training, Journey, Scenario, and Services. I have completed all of the available trips on Sand Patch, including those that came with the add-on loco C40. That's 9 Training trips; 47 Journey trips spread over 7 chapters; 11 Scenario trips, and 74 of 75 Timetable services. I scrolled down every service on every loco to make sure that my medals and scores were showing on all trips. They do. I then charted all available services for the four loco's and there are only 73 unique trips. Some trips use only 1 loco, others are available for 2 or more loco's. But it is the same trip regardless which loco you use. So how do I have 74 services completed and where is #75?

The SD40-2 in YN2 livery (not in YN3) has 2 extra services that no other loco/livery has. That brings the amount of services up from 73 to 75. The C40-8W can access one of these services via journey mode but not via service timetable. I‘m guessing that is how you did one of them but not the other. I think these 2 services are named K and some numbers afterwards. You can recognize them by their descriptions - they talk about a service usually done by another freight company being done by CSX today.

Excellent! I found them Lamplight. Thank you. They are K145 & K143. Oil tanker consists. When I bought the C40 loco add-on and did the K145 trip as part of the Journey, that was #74. Now I can finish off K143 for #75 and be done with that route. Thanks again!

    That’s odd
    That’s even odder.

I agree. I‘ve got no idea why these services are handled that way. Without the C40-8W, I assumed they were leftovers not really intended for use or they just forgot to enable them for all locos. But the C40-8W just makes these services even more weird. Why can it be accessed via journey mode but not via service timetable? If they just forgot to enable them for all locos, then surely this would have been noticed when setting up the dash 8.
