when I try to complete the load coal timetable it says I pass a signal, but there are no signals. Am I missing something?
If it's service N542-A, it's a known bug. I haven't tried it for this service, but sometimes spawning in on foot can be a workaround for signalling/pathing bugs(works for me on U876-A to avoid the returning helpers that get stuck at the Cumberland exit). If there's a spawn point near where N542-A begins, maybe give it a try? Just give yourself enough time to get to the loco before the service start time.
