So the 2D map for Clear Cut has no green guides to help you navigate to your goal. I know how to throw switches in my favor and all, but no green guide, your crazy! Whelp, looks like another unplayable waste of time. I know, spent two hours trying to get to one goal. Didn't make it.
You don't need a guide line to your goal, you've said you know how to change the points, so it just takes common sense and the ability to plot your own route through the yard and depot complex, which is definitely playable and not a waste of time!!
i haven't done much of sand patch grade as much as i would like to so i had a look at the scenario you have mentioned clear cut i have just loaded it up and i picked the train in which i have to take around a already made freight and couple to the manifest train i can see from the way point on screen where i need to go and using the map how i will decide to get the train from A to B personally i love this sense of a challenge as there is no right or wrong way to get it from A to B i was looking at what seemed the most straight forward way but found if i turned just 3 track to the left on the turntable i would have allot more of a simpler time when it comes to signalling and it would be allot easier in a whole and save time just think in real life they don't have green line showing where they need to go. if you say you know how to throw switches in your favour then i don't see your problem. it may sound stupid but the way i found how i would get from A to B on the map was just following the track with the dot on screen till i manage to get to the train i was supposed to move
