As the title says really. A TS version of the Sand Patch route would be a nice addition but it could also be made longer to make full use of the loaders at the two coal mines, Cumberland yard and Amtrak services as the TS route length isn't as restricted to the same extent as TSW and can be made longer. As for power mainline power existing DLC such as the CSX SD80MAC or the AC6000CW can be used and as for smaller units either the SD40-2 or the GP40-2 in CSX livery.
