Train Sim World 3 Santa Fe Power Dlc Packs For Cajon Pass

    I'm a big fan of the Santa Fe Railroad, as well as its successor, the BNSF Railroad. I would love to see more Santa Fe locos in TSW3. We have a few in TSC, but only one (the F7) in TSW3. Here are my suggestions for some awesome new Santa Fe locomotives for the Cajon Pass Route (and maybe future ATSF routes).

    -Pack 1: Steam Locos:
    -ATSF 4-8-4 #3751: #3751 was restored to operating status in 1991. The big 4-8-4 would be perfect for excursion passenger trains on Cajon. She is stored in San Bernardino, California, which is the southern end of the route.
    -ATSF 4-8-4 #2926: ATSF #2926 was just restored in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2021. The 2900-Class 4-8-4s were the heaviest Northern type steam locos on both the ATSF and in the US. #2926 could also see excursion services on Cajon Pass.
    The ATSF Steam Loco Pack could also maybe include a 3800-Class 2-10-2 "Santa Fe", more of the 3751, 3765, and 3776-Class 4-8-4s, more 2900-Class 4-8-4s, and/or a 5000, 5001, and/or 5011-Class 2-10-4 Texas. Rolling stock for this pack would include excursion passenger cars, Super Chief cars (perfect for the F7s as well), multiple freight cars, and an ATSF caboose or two (with interiors).
    Most likely, the pack would be just the two restored ATSF 4-8-4s with some excursion passenger cars and either an ATSF C44-9W, C40-8W, or Amtrak P42DC (also drivable).

    -Pack 2: Classic Santa Fe Diesels (1950s-60s):
    -ATSF Alco RSD-15 "Alligator": ATSF had 50 of these big Alcos, which were used for heavy freight services. The cool thing is that several of them are preserved, with two in operation. The prime mover is an Alco 251 that produced 2400 HP. We need some different locos from companies other than GE and EMD, so I included this one.
    -ATSF EMD F7 A/B in Santa Fe freight livery: Same as the Warbonnet F7s, but for freight services.
    -ATSF EMD GP20: Santa Fe had 75 of these turbocharged diesels. Many survived into the 1990s. The GP20 would be perfect for local freights, yard duties, and even a few mainline freights.
    -ATSF FM H-12-44: Of course we need a yard switcher, so I included the FM H-12-44 instead of an EMD Geep.
    -ATSF EMD SD24: A turbocharged 2400HP freight locomotive perfect for heavy freight trains over Cajon; rebuilt in the 1980s-90s as SD26s; Santa Fe had 80 of these on their roster.
    -ATSF Baldwin VO-1000: We need a Baldwin switcher in TSW3. Santa Fe had 58 of these.
    Of course this pack needs freight equipment, passenger cars to go with the Warbonnet F7s, and a caboose with full interior.

    -Pack 3: ATSF 1970s-80s Pack:
    -ATSF EMD GP39-2: A turbocharged GP38-2; perfect for yard and local duties
    -ATSF EMD SD45-2: I want these big EMDs in TSW3. The ATSF Bicentennial livery would be awesome to see on these as well. ATSF also rebuilt a few of their SD45-2s into SD45-2Bs. Most have since been rebuilt as SD40-2Rs.
    -ATSF EMD F45/FP45: Cowl-bodied locos; FP45s hauled ATSF passenger trains; F45s were used for high-speed intermodal and freight trains.
    -ATSF GE U30C: GE's equivalent of an EMD SD40-2
    -ATSF GE C30-7/SF30C: The ATSF SF30Cs were originally ATSF GE U36Cs rebuilt as C30-7s. ATSF also owned a large number of C30-7s.

    -Pack 4: ATSF 1990s Pack:
    -ATSF EMD SD75M: Among the last diesels ATSF purchased before the BNSF merger in 1996.
    -ATSF GE C40-8W/C41-8W: ATSF used these for heavy freights; like the SD75s, they were painted in the Superfleet Warbonnet livery.
    -ATSF EMD GP60/GP60M/GP60B: ATSF was the only owner of wide-cab GP60Ms and GP60B booster units. These were used on fast intermodal trains in the early 1990s.
    -ATSF GE C44-9W: ATSF had 100 of these big GEs on their roster just before the BNSF merger; like the GP60M/B units, SD75Ms, and Dash 8s, ATSF painted these in the Superfleet Warbonnet livery. Interesting fact: ATSF C44-9W #666 was renumbered to #599 to avoid using a number used in the Bible (specifically the Book of Revelation) as a reference to the Devil.
    -ATSF GE B40-8/B40-8W: The B40-8s on the ATSF were painted in the Blue/Yellow freight livery and had narrow cabs; the ATSF B40-8Ws had wide GE Safety Cabs and were painted in the Superfleet Warbonnet livery for high-speed freight operations (like the GP60s).
