As usual the savegame has issues again, but now with the new BR 101 Expert loco.
Whenever I save a scenario progress, the faults vanish after a reload, the GSMR has also lost everything, when I go to the network change, the list is empty. This is just annoying for a 35 EUR loco. Please fix it.

I did ask the question prior to release how the advanced features would stand up in the save game process but never got an answer.

Guess we know now. I haven't bought the 101 but I know the earlier G6 had slight issues as well and the only solution was to stop the train and save when stationary, then essentially start it up again. Might be worth trying that.

Or if you've played TSW less than two hours since buying the 101, you could consider requesting a refund from Steam.

The problem is that even if I stop with the train the GSM-R system is so badly messed up that even restarting everything does not help, the network list is empty, so network change is not possible, when I enter a train number it will not accept it. The PZB/LZB is also bad after the reload, it happened after loading a save which I was in for an hour on the Kassel-Würzburg line, so one hour of my time wasted. As a dad of two kids this is a very precious 1 hour from my life.

This DLC is about handling faulty scenarios (and I will not make a joke about having already a faulty base game so why bother making a DLC about it?), how can I trust this game that when the fault happens, I fail to solve it in time, reload the point when the fault happened to try to solve it again properly but I cannot do that because the game cannot rebuild the same state properly... this is ridiculus.

It is probably their precious SimuGraph engine that cannot be configured from a save properly because the configuration is scattered around the objects in Unreal and SimuGraph so much that they cannot sync it properly. But this is just me assuming based on my 23 years of programming knowledge. Maybe the situation in the code is even worse :)
