   When I save my game halfway through a service and then turn off my Xbox and then go on it the next day to finish it and then it doesn't give me the option to play my save game, it loads straight into the beginning of the scenario.

   Turn off auto load journeys in the game settings. Your save game can be loaded from the route menus.
