Hello, I've been playing TSW3 on PS4 for the last few months now. I got a PS5 recently and found that my profile data or save game don't transfer over, from what I can tell. My question is do I even bother trying to play the PS5 version of the game, or just stick with my PS4 version on the PS5? I don't really want to start over and/or create a new profile and lose all of my time put into the game. Or am I missing something? Perhaps I can carry my progress over and I'm just overlooking the option somewhere? Any input or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
It is only PS4 to PS4 or PS5 to PS5. You cannot do PS4 to PS5 (this was being looked into by DTG but they seemed to have gone silent on this and removed this from the roadmap. That being said, it is not worth it at all to have your PS4 profile over the benefits of the PS5 gameplay.
