Having another Northern service but this time instead of sticking to the West of the UK, why not the East? Although this journey is 1hr 40m long, it could be fairly priced for TSW4. (Although we all know dovetail’s ridiculous pricing) Why not start from York? Well, for starters it will extend the route by another 1hr. So what about TPE? Having a route from York to Scarborough via Malton (Transpennine Express) would be too short, as it is only around 45m and has 4 stations in total (York, Malton, Seamer and Scarborough), players could get very bored very quickly. Unless it’s a Leeds - Scarborough then maybe) On this route, you have services run from Scarborough to Bridlington or Hull (actual train going to Sheffield but “swap at Hull”) or the other way round Hull or Bridlington to Scarborough. If TPE services were added into TSW, you can see them as AI at Seamer or Scarborough (or at Scarborough sidings). Alternatively, very small amount of LNER and a fairly large amount of Transpennine Express services start at Hull, you could see them there too. (If and when TPE comes to TSW) The stops for the service would be: Hull, Cottingham, Beverley, Hutton Cranswick, Driffield, Nafferton, Bridlington, Bempton, Hunmanby, Filey, Seamer and Scarborough. (12 stops, 1h 40m) The trains that run on this line are the Class 170 (3 car) and Class 159 (2/3 car)
Don't forget the 155s for the stopper to Bridlington. They and the 170s are the only trains to frequent the route. 158s (2 car only) appear on the route occasionally.
Don't forget the station at Arram (between Beverley and Hutton Cranswick). An interesting one as not many services stop there.
