Sam has said scenario designer saves will be erased in the next title update for consoles (next week). I only found out on the latest stream (said this at the end) and have already made a few scenarios. Luckily I haven't done anything too involved yet with the scenario designer. Might want to communicate this on Dovetail Live if it is indeed going to affect Xbox One. Only thing you can do if this happens is note down all your services/times or screenshot them. I don't think livery designer is affected or anything else.
