I just purchased Train Simulator 2022 Deluxe to get the four routes. Unfortunately, I have not been able to run the Birmingham City Cross Line (BCCL) because of this error: Scenario failed to load Consist Builder - Can't load rail vehicle - OTA EWS Consist Builder - Can't load rail vehicle - OTA EWS Part Loaded Consist Builder - Can't load rail vehicle - OTA EWS Consist Builder - Can't load rail vehicle - OTA EWS Consist Builder - Can't load rail vehicle - OTA EWS Consist Builder - Can't load rail vehicle - OTA EWS Part Loaded Consist Builder - Can't load rail vehicle - OTA EWS I saw somewhere that we should press F2. After I press F2, it starts up but the driver alert alarm starts blaring and does not stop no matter which button I press. I have tried the following and neither solved the problem: Uncheck the BCCL from DLC then re-check to reinstall Verify integrity of local files This is the first time I have encountered such an error. I have a large collection of routes and no mods. This is the very first route I have that causes these types of errors. I appreciate any assistance from the knowledgeable folks on this forum. They are included with the (old) RSC\Class66Pack03\RailVehicles\Freight\OTA\default\ DLC (EWS Class 66 V2.0 Add-On) that should have been installed with BCCL. \STEAM\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\Class66Pack03\RailVehicles\Freight Plus in the same pack, one scenario ([323] Early Bird) uses JGA wagons - RSC\Class66Pack03\RailVehicles\Freight\JGA\default\JGA_Aggregreat_B.xml - can you load this scenario? Do you have this folder on your PC?
Thank you for your time Peter, much appreciated. Unfortunately I do not have that folder. I have Class66Pack05 instead which only contains a Blueprints.pak file and a PowerhalClass66Assets.ap file. Now when I try to run the last scenario, I get a similar error but for "JGA Aggregeat Weathered" and "JGA Aggregreat Ex-Works". The scenario runs once I click F2.
In your DLC list do you have EWS Class 66 V2.0 unticked? (I only ask because sometimes some may have uninstalled an addon that's included with a DLC and forgotten about it )
It is ticked. Maybe I should un-tick and re-tick (if those are actual words, lol). {update} This did not work. I still do not have the folder mentioned.
Odd - not sure what to suggest perhaps untick it, close steam, then retick it to see if it kicks it to do something, I didn't have it ticked - and ticked to see where it would install and "\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\Class66Pack03" appeared on my machine.
But that's the Class 66 Powerhaul, are you sure you aren't ticking the "Train Simulator: Powerhaul Class 66 V2.0 Loco Add On", I had mentioned that you should tick the "Train Simulator: EWS Class 66 V2.0" option ? (just clarifying because it sounds like you are looking at the wrong option?
Sorry, just realized. It was Powerhaul. But EWS Class 66 V2.0 does not appear in my list of DLCs despite the description for Birmingham route saying it includes BR Class 323, Class 350, and EWS class 66 V2.0.
I guess I will have to launch a ticket since I am not getting what I paid for. How do I launch a ticket with DTG?

Which other routes come with Class66Pack03? Maybe I can reinstall them if I have them. It just unbelievable how they can sell a product that does not come with some of the assets it was described as coming with.
That would also have the same issue - in the DLC list the Class 66 EWS is listed as a separate DLC (it was bundled with Cross City, although I believe it does come with ECML Peterborough to York, but again bundled - so re-installing the route won't re-install the 66 sadly, the same with Cross City - the support ticket will most likely give you a key the Class 66 (I don't know for certain of course - but it sounds like you weren't given it, although did you buy Cross City or TS 2022 or TS 2022 Deluxe). (edit - apologies - I didn't see the first post where you mentioned that you bought TS 2022 Deluxe)
The ticket has been resolved. They said they found and issue on their end and it would download once I restart Steam. Funny enough, I had already received the loco after purchasing a few more routes during the sale.
It was because the deluxe version for some reason wasn't linked to the Class 66 (It's a very easy mistake, I assume the person who did the linking, linked Cross City but didn't think about the things linked to Cross City or Karlsruhe) it was linked and then you would have had the 66), that's also why I mentioned sending a support ticket . (there was a similar issue with the ICE 2 for Karlsruhe so surprised this one wasn't noticed at the same time. )
