    Hi,
Problem with The Sarborough Flyer scenario in the Liverpool to Manchester route and the Rebuilt Royal Scott Class.

I should point out that I was able to run this scenario a short while ago without any problems.

Now I get the following message: Scenario failed to load
    -Consist Builder-Can't load rail vehicle-Class 221 - Virgin - Coach E ND
    -Consist Builder-Can't load rail vehicle-Class 221 - Virgin - Coach D
    -Consist Builder-Can't load rail vehicle-Class 221 - Virgin - Coach C
    -Consist Builder-Can't load rail vehicle-Class 221 - Virgin - Coach B
    -Consist Builder-Can't load rail vehicle-Class 221 - Virgin - Coach A ND
    -Consist Builder-Can't load rail vehicle-Class 221 - Virgin - Coach E ND
    -Consist Builder-Can't load rail vehicle-Class 221 - Virgin - Coach C D

At this stage I've cleared the cache, uninstalled The Rebuilt Royal Scott Class and the Liverpool to Manchester route and then reinstalled them + a verify integrity of games files.
    Unfortunately the problem persists.

The only way I can play this scenario is with the F2 key method.

I don't understand why this problem appeared so suddenly!?

    Thanks for any help...

    Richard.

Looks like you don't have the SuperVoyager, which comes with North Wales Coastal (needed as a requirement)

This is the original release from Crewe to Llandudno (Arriva). It is not available anymore.

If you have North Wales Coastal (TfW), you can use LocoSwap to swap the 221 in the scenarios. The scenario won't play because the rereleased NWC has a different asset path.

It will look for the 221 in Assets\DTG\NorthWalesCoast, but the TfW version is found in Assets\DTG\NWC-CreweCaergybi

If that's too technical, wait and I will upload a fix here later this day to let you play it using the new NorthWalesCoastal assets.

Also, you won't be able to play the four scenarios for the original NWC - I will clone them for NWC(TfW) too.

    Cheers!

    Yep, that's what you're missing... the withdrawn Virgin-liveried 221

    Making a clone...

As I don't trust other software :D , I'm doing it my way - manually editing scenario bin using search and replace to redirect the asset path
    2023-12-22 08_58_59-.png

    Testing the clone...
    2023-12-22 09_02_19-.png

Done... had an error at first, then saw the path in NWC(TfW) is different (RailVehicles\Diesel\Class221\SuperVoyager instead of RailVehicles\Diesel\SuperVoyager)

Now for part 2, have to do some chores now, but I'll be back ;)

Note: you will need this: (get it, it's brilliant)

I just saw that it used to work for you before - which means you must own the original NWC. (Will make the patch anyway for other players)

    Make sure it is active:

Thank you very much for your clarification. I bought NWC in April 2022. I assume this is not the old version.
Not sure I understood the exact manipulation although I understood the principle.
In any case I am very interested in your proposal to provide a fix for my problem by adding the 4 cloned scenarios.
    Thanks again.
    Richard.
